“शरीरे न्द्रिय्सत्त्वात्म्संयोगो घारर जीवितम्|

The body when combined with the sense organs, mind and soul, become life.

Ayurveda: ‘a science or knowledge of life.’ And this science is mainly driven by our panchakarma elements (Fire, Water, Air, Earth, Sky).

So, this Ayurveda is purely natural & organic system that originated in India more than 3000years ago, this terminology comes from Sanskrit words in this Ayur (life) and Veda (science or knowledge). That’s why it is called science of life, and this Ayurveda science believes that human & nature have similar relations with each other because we all are the children of our motherland & we draw all our nutrition and energy from it.

The whole human body’s composition totally depends upon their metabolism system and if anyhow this system didn’t work appropriately it resulted in many diseases or some kind of stomach issue. So, Ayurveda places great emphasis on prevention and encourages the maintenance of health through close attention to balance in one’s life with the right thinking, diet, lifestyle, and the use of herbs & many other natural resources.

Knowledge of Ayurveda enables one to understand how to create this balance of body, mind, and consciousness according to one’s own individual constitution and how to make lifestyle changes to bring about and maintain this balance. Therefore, after adopting this Ayurved science into your daily routine, that strengthen the body, mind, and consciousness of humans accordingly.

Many types of plants, herbs, natural or essential oils and specially our Indian spices are substantially used in ayurvedic treatment. The main objective of ayurvedic treatment aids the person by eliminating impurities, reducing symptoms, increasing resistance to disease, reducing worry, and increasing harmony in persons’ life. Ayurveda can have positive effects when used as a complementary therapy in combination with standard, conventional medical care.

Thus, Ayurveda translates to knowledge of life. Based on the idea that disease is due to an imbalance or stress in a person’s consciousness, Ayurveda encourages certain lifestyle interventions and natural therapies to regain a balance between the body, mind, spirit, and the environment. So, rejuvenate yourself with this pure ancient technique.

“In the right environment, no disease can thrive. Create a healthy internal and external environment with Ayurveda.”
