Shipping Areas & Availability

• We deliver across India. Some remote areas may take extra time depending on courier service.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & national holidays). You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp when your order ships.

Shipping Time

• Within the same state: 3–6 business days
• To other states: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas or islands: may take additional 5-10 days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping for orders above ₹399
• For orders below ₹399, a shipping charge of ₹50 applies
• If any additional courier fees apply (volumetric, rural area), we may inform you before dispatch.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can track your order via given courier partner’s website after 24 hours.

Delays & Issues

• If delivery is delayed due to courier or weather, notify us via support. We’ll assist with resolving it.

No Returns, No Refunds & No Exchange

   Due to the nature of Ayurvedic consumable products and hygiene standards, all purchases made through this website are final.

• Products cannot be returned
• Products cannot be exchanged
• Products are not eligible for refund

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

   In rare cases where:

• The product delivered is damaged
• The product delivered is incorrect
  

   You may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery, by sharing:

• Order number
• Clear images of the product
• Packaging images
• Courier label photo
  

   Only replacement will be provided if approved — no refunds.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
